With all the recent flu going around, I've been to the doctor more times than I can count lately. I knew I should save my medical records and test reports to easily look back at my past health status and medication history for future visits. But managing medical records is a total nightmare, especially if you have elderly family members or kids at home. Hospital systems are digital now, but they're all siloed and don't talk to each other, so I built this app myself! Just snap a photo to automatically recognize and save medical records, no more tedious manual data entry. It runs 100% on a local model, and only needs internet for iCloud sync — it works perfectly offline otherwise. It can pull out key info including hospital, department, visit date, diagnosis, medication records and patient details, and automatically sorts all records by patient by default. You can also add extra test reports (like X-rays), prescriptions and other documents directly to the corresponding visit record.
