▶︎ Why we built this DecoHack is designed to help independent developers discover new product directions (both domestic and international), support people with ideas to design, build, and operate their own internet products, build sustainable passive income, and realize personal value.

We hope domestic independent internet creators can expand their skill sets: including demand insight, industry analysis, product thinking, product design methodology and processes, product operation capabilities, and knowledge of product launch and company registration, among other relevant topics.

▶︎ About the author I work full-time as an internet product designer, but I studied software development previously. Outside of work, I’ve always been involved in product design and development related work. I previously founded a startup and built multiple products, and also worked in product operations and ad placement. I’m currently working full-time at Tencent, and this newsletter is a side project I produce in my spare time.
