DuePair is an iPhone app for keeping track of long-running preorders, from the deposit to the balance payment and delivery. It is useful for BJDs, figures, collectible merchandise, Lolita fashion, handmade items, and custom orders.

After paying a deposit, it can be months before you need to act again. DuePair keeps each item's current stage and next action together, so you can check what needs your attention.

What you can do

• Organize items into four stages: deposit due, balance due, awaiting delivery, and received. Start from the stage you are already at.
• Set local reminders for dates you have confirmed, including payment deadlines and follow-up dates. Add missing dates later.
• Extract text from screenshots on your device, then review the suggested names, amounts, dates, and stages before saving.
• Use categories and folders to group items from the same set, batch, or shop.
• Check stage lists, countdowns, and the calendar. Pro also includes widgets, Live Activities with Dynamic Island support, and periodic briefings.

Privacy and pricing

No app account is required. Data stays local first, with optional syncing through your private iCloud. Screenshot text recognition runs on your device.

The free version supports up to six unarchived items, with basic reminders and iCloud sync. Paused items still count toward the limit; archiving frees a slot. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that removes the item limit and unlocks advanced features. Check the App Store purchase screen for your local price.

DuePair supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.

What to know

DuePair works with dates you enter or confirm. It does not connect to shop accounts, automatically monitor seller announcements, make payments, or query parcel tracking. Update your records when a seller changes the schedule. Local notifications depend on your iOS settings.
