FakeVibeCode is an AI programming terminal simulator that 'pretends to write code'.
It can play a hyper-realistic simulation of a Claude Code or Codex CLI coding workflow directly in your browser: analyzing projects, reading files, drafting plans, modifying code, showing diffs, running tests, and outputting summaries. The entire process looks like a real AI coding agent is busy at work, but it won't actually execute any commands or modify any files.
You can use it as a live stream background, for product demos, screenshots, short videos, developer pranks, or to make your terminal look busy during screen sharing.
Open the page, select Fake Claude or Fake Codex, go fullscreen, and let the terminal put on its own show.
It doesn't produce any real code, but it's a pro at creating the 'I'm working hard' vibe.
