We know all too well that after every doctor’s visit, piles of paper documents — medical records, test reports, prescriptions and more — are a hassle to sort and easy to lose. That’s why we developed this app: to digitize all these paper files, so you can easily log important medical information for yourself, your baby, your family, even your pets. Why did we build this app? I faced this exact frustration all the time: frequent hospital trips came with stacks of paper files. I turned this pain point into a solution, creating this app not just for my own needs, but to help everyone who deals with this problem. How to download and try it? Currently, our app is only available on iOS and iPadOS. You can download and test it via the link below. After downloading, you can quickly add reports. You can also set up members, hospitals, and report categories on the "Me" page, then add corresponding records on the "Records" page. It’s super easy to use, and you don’t have to worry about privacy at all — we never collect any user data. Plus, your data is fully secure, and can be synced across devices via iCloud.
