Read Something is an open-source Chrome browser extension project that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve common web reading pain points and improve users' online reading experience.

Key features: • Reading Mode: Customize your reading experience by adjusting text layout, font, and color themes. Supports both light and dark modes. • Chat with Article: One-click access to OpenAI models to generate relevant comments or discussions for the current webpage, presenting multi-angle thoughts and perspectives. • Multi-language Translation: Combines Google Translate, Tencent Translate and OpenAI machine translation models to enable Chinese-English mutual translation for web content, as well as translation for other languages. • Export to Markdown: Export current webpage content to Markdown format for offline reading or further processing. Developers can fork the project on Github, and participate in extension development based on React and TypeScript. Feature suggestions and code contributions are welcome.
