Outliner: Works like standard outliner tools, with the key difference of full Markdown syntax support (enabling Markdown gives a WYSIWYG-like experience).

Online & Offline
Designed primarily for offline use, but PlantUML requires an internet connection. For offline use, install a local PlantUML service and update the PlantUML service address in the settings page.
Sync
The PC version currently supports opening, saving and updating files via OneDrive; file moving and deletion are not yet supported.

Note
Markdown parsing support is a paid feature, and it is one of the key differences between the free and paid versions.
